Be sure to sign the form where appropriate before mailing it. The Maryland Voter Registration Application form cannot be processed without an ORIGINAL signature. Forms can be MAILED to the State Board of Elections (151 West Street, Suite 200, Annapolis, MD 21401) or to your county's Board of Elections (See below). Do NOT fax or e-mail your Voter Registration Application.
